Rashee Rice Fantasy Outlook 2026: Eight Healthy Games Say Everything
Rice finished WR5 per game in 2025 despite playing only eight contests, converting 53 catches and 571 yards before injury ended his season—the question is whether availability becomes the profile.

What the eight games showed
Rashee Rice played eight games in 2025 and finished WR39 overall with 150.1 PPR points. That season-long rank is meaningless. The per-game number is not: 18.8 points across those eight weeks made him the fifth-most productive receiver in football on a rate basis.
He caught 53 passes for 571 yards and five receiving touchdowns, adding a rushing touchdown and 20 yards on the ground. Four of his eight games cleared 20 PPR points, including a 29.4-point ceiling in Week 13. Two came in under 10, with a 7.4-point floor in Week 14. The profile was not consistent, but it was unambiguously a WR1 when he played.
The suspension cost him the first four weeks of the season. The injury cost him the last nine. What happened between those bookends was a target share that made him Kansas City's clear top receiver, converting 9.8 targets per game in an offense that does not support two pass-catchers at that volume.
He averaged 18.8 points per game across eight weeks and finished fifth at the position in per-game scoring—the profile is not the question, availability is.
The line he was beating before it ended
Sportsbooks posted Rice at 79.5 receptions, 925 receiving yards, and 5.5 receiving touchdowns going into 2025. He was on pace to beat all three before the injury, with his eight-game pace projecting to 106 catches, 1,142 yards, and ten total touchdowns across a full 17-game season.
That is not a small gap. The market had priced him as a back-end WR2. The eight weeks he played priced him as a top-five option. The difference is what makes this a bounce-back candidate rather than a rebuild—nothing about his skill set or role needs to change for him to return value. He just needs to be available.
