What are Vegas-backed rankings?
Every ranking on this board starts from a real number a sportsbook is willing to take action on — a player's season-long passing/rushing/receiving props, run through standard PPR/half-PPR/standard scoring math to produce an Implied PTS figure. That's the market's honest best guess at production, not a writer's hunch or a preseason depth-chart assumption. When Vegas moves a line, the ranking moves with it.
The three fantasy tabs
The main draft board. Every player's Implied PTS comes from real sportsbook win totals and player props run through standard fantasy scoring math — not a stat-line guess. Sortable, filterable by position, and synced to your ESPN draft in real time once connected.
Week-to-week projections once the season starts — the same prop-odds-to-points math, refreshed weekly, with matchup context (game total, spread) layered on top. Filtered to your own roster once ESPN is connected.
Your actual roster — the players ESPN says are on YOUR team, cross-referenced against the Vegas board so you see real implied points next to real names, not just a generic ownership list. Switch between multiple leagues, or disconnect one, from here.
Connecting ESPN
We built a small Chrome extension ("The Betting Insider – ESPN Connection") so we can securely read your ESPN league — who's drafted, who's on your roster — without ever asking for your ESPN password. It only runs on desktop Chromium browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera); Chrome extensions don't exist on mobile at all, so connecting has to happen from a computer.

FAQ
How is Implied PTS calculated?
Implied PTS comes from a player's real sportsbook season-long props — passing, rushing, and receiving yards and touchdowns, plus receptions — run through standard PPR, half-PPR, or standard fantasy scoring math. It's the market's honest best guess at production, not a writer's hunch or a preseason depth-chart assumption. When a sportsbook moves a line, the ranking moves with it.
How is this different from ESPN's default rankings?
ESPN's rankings are algorithmic/editorial projections. Ours start from real money — the lines sportsbooks are actually willing to take action on. Toggle "vs ESPN" on the board to see exactly which players the market ranks higher or lower than ESPN does, and by how much.
Why is only part of the board visible?
The top 3 overall-ranked players are free to preview. The full board — every position and player, with market-vs-ESPN context on every row — requires an Insider Fantasy subscription.
What do the S and C tags in the Context column mean?
S marks a sophomore season — a player's second year, which ESPN and analysts commonly flag as a breakout watch. C marks a contract year — a player entering a new-deal season, often cited as extra motivation. Both are shown for context alongside the market-derived ranking, not factored into Implied PTS itself.
What does the "Vs '25" column show?
It's the change in a player's Vegas-implied rank versus last season — this year's market rank compared to where the same sportsbook props had them ranked in 2025. A positive number means the market has moved on the player since last year; it's a rank-to-rank comparison, not a comparison to how they actually finished.
Which scoring formats are supported?
Full PPR, Half PPR, and Standard. Implied PTS, rank, and Vs '25 all recalculate for the scoring format you select — switch formats any time with the scoring selector above the board.
Do I need ESPN to use the rankings?
No — Pre-Draft works on its own. Connecting ESPN (via our Chrome extension) adds live draft sync, "already drafted" dimming, and the My Team roster view on top of the same board.
Which leagues/platforms are supported?
ESPN fantasy football leagues today, both public and private. Support for other platforms may come later.
When do weekly, in-season rankings become available?
Once the season starts. Weekly rankings will apply the same sportsbook-props-to-points math week to week, with matchup context (game total, spread) layered on top — filtered to your own roster once ESPN is connected.
