Chase Brown Fantasy Outlook 2026: RB10 Who Doubled His Output In The Second Half

Why the consensus lands where it does

Our sportsbook-derived board ranks Chase Brown 13 overall with 241.0 implied PPR points. ESPN has him 14 and the draft room takes him at 27.3. That seven-pick gap between our number and ADP is the widest among running backs in his tier, and it exists because drafters remember the version of him that posted 10.1 points per game through Week 7.

The version that played Weeks 8 through 17 averaged 21.2 PPR points per game and scored ten total touchdowns while catching 48 passes. That is a top-five running back pace sustained across more than half a season. He finished RB7 overall with 282.6 PPR points despite the slow start.

The market has him projected for 825 rushing yards, 417 receiving yards, 57 receptions, and 8.5 total touchdowns in 2026, which would land near 241.0 points across 17 games. That projection reflects the full-season performance, not just the hot streak, but drafters are still pricing in the uncertainty of which version shows up.

Over his final ten games he averaged 21.2 PPR points and scored ten touchdowns, a top-five running back pace sustained across more than half a season.

The receiving volume is the part that changed

Sportsbooks posted him at 45.38 receptions and 350.5 receiving yards going into 2025. He caught 69 passes for 437 yards, beating the catch line by 23.5 and finishing fifth among running backs in receptions. That is not a role Cincinnati has traditionally given to its backs.

Over his final ten games he caught 48 passes, which projects to an 82-catch pace across a full season. Only three running backs league-wide caught more than 82 passes in 2025. The question is whether that role was a function of game script — Cincinnati trailed often and needed short targets — or a genuine scheme change that persists.
