Quinshon Judkins Fantasy Outlook 2026: The Volume Is There, The Efficiency Is Not
Judkins handled 55% of Cleveland's rush attempts as a rookie and averaged 16 carries per game across 14 starts, but 3.6 yards per carry and minimal receiving work left him at RB26.
The rookie baseline was volume without efficiency
Quinshon Judkins finished his rookie season as the 26th running back in fantasy with 169.8 PPR points across 14 games before an ankle injury ended his year. He averaged 12.1 points per game, which ranks 26th at the position and puts him squarely in the weekly-frustration range.
The volume was legitimate. He handled 55% of Cleveland's rush attempts and averaged 16 carries per game. The problem was what he did with it: 3.6 yards per carry on 827 rushing yards. Sportsbooks had posted him at 675.5 rushing yards before the season. He got more carries than the market thought and still barely cleared the yardage line.
He caught 26 passes, which was double his preseason prop of 12.4 receptions but still ranks as minimal receiving involvement for a back being drafted in the fifth round. That is not a passing-game profile that adds weekly floor in PPR formats.
He handled 55% of Cleveland's rush attempts as a rookie with 16 carries per game, but 3.6 yards per carry is the entire gap between where he finished and where that volume should have taken him.
What the year-two market is paying for
Sportsbooks have him projected for 900 rushing yards and six rushing touchdowns in 2026, with 32 receptions and 228 receiving yards. That converts to 186.0 implied PPR points if he plays a full season. Our board has him 52 overall and ESPN has him 39.
The price you are paying at 78.1 is for two improvements that did not exist as a rookie: better rushing efficiency on the same volume, and more receiving work in an offense that now has Todd Monken as coordinator. Cleveland remains unsettled at quarterback, which creates uncertainty around whether the offense improves enough to make either of those things happen.
