Parker Washington Fantasy Outlook 2026: Jacksonville's Breakout Is Priced Like a Backup

The breakout is real but the price is ahead of the evidence

Our board ranks Parker Washington 63 overall with 180.0 implied PPR points. ESPN has him at 76. The draft room does not take him until 69.7, which is a gap of 7 picks between our projection and consensus.

That puts our fair pick at 106, roughly five full rounds earlier than where you can actually get him. The edge is one of the widest on the board for a receiver, and it exists because the market is treating him like a depth piece while the sportsbook props price him like a featured option.

The projection underneath: 72 receptions, 800 receiving yards, and seven touchdowns. That is 180.0 points if he plays a full slate, which would have made him a top-25 receiver last year. The market on him is thin enough that our value model flags it as low confidence, but what exists points in one direction.

Over his last four games, he averaged 9.8 targets per game, and the draft room is treating that like it never happened.

What he actually did when Jacksonville gave him routes

Washington finished with 172.7 PPR points across 16 games, averaging 10.8 per week with eight games under 10 points and one over 20. His best week was 26.5 in Week 16. His worst was negative 0.1 in Week 4.

The bust rate is high because his role was inconsistent early in the season. The part that matters happened after Week 13. Over his final four games, he saw at least nine targets in every contest, averaging 9.8 per game and posting three double-digit point totals in that stretch.

Across 21 games since 2024 with significant route participation, he commanded a 20% target share. That kind of floor usually belongs to a team's clear second option, not a player being drafted as the 73rd receiver off the board.
